PAYMENTS​

You can pay via Payment Link or Venmo. Due to payment processing regulations, ONLY included your OREDER NUMBER when submitting payment.

Select this option at checkout for your order. Once you have paid, your order will move to processing within 48-72 hours and ship per our policy. Payment confirmation will come from I.O.Peptides/Stripe. Please check your spam folder.

Venmo:
Select this option at checkout for payment. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SPELLING IS CORRECT AND YOU SEND PAYMENT TO CORRECT ACCOUNT. OUR ACCOUNT WILL HAVE OUR LOGO ON IT.

SHIPPING
In Stock Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmed payment. In some cases we process orders as fast as same day or next business day. (This excludes bulk pre orders) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note items that have a “Ship By” date will be shipped as soon as our next order is received, inspected and put into inventory. This process usually takes 10-15 business days but could be longer.

Orders are shipped to the address provided in the order details. I.O. Peptides is not responsible for any errors with delivery if the address given is not valid. Any orders “returned to sender” due to an invalid address will be charged an additional shipping fee before reshipment is authorized. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect address provided. Recovery of these packages will be the responsibility of the customer. Contact USPS for lost or missing packages.

We currently only ship within the US.

We ship domestically by USPS Priority Mail.

Transit time is typically 2-3 business days.

We charge a flat rate of $10.95 USD for standard shipping.

We currently do not recommend ordering outside of the US, due to customs regulations. If you place an order to be delivered outside of the US, you will be invoiced separately for shipping. Shipping outside of the US is expensive and we DO NOT guarantee your package will pass through customs. International Orders are non-refundable!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of your original order.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order is in process for shipment. Once an order is in process for shipment or your item has shipped you may not cancel your order. Please contact us at I.O.Peptides@gmail.com with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order.
DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENT
If you paid for insurance; please provide pictures of your damaged product to I.O.Peptides@gmail.com & we will reship another package to you and take care of any claims process on our end!

If you did not pay for insurance, unfortunately your package is not covered for reship.
