Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any purchases, under any circumstances. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your order. Each order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased re-ship insurance, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or alternative solution, as appropriate once your claim has been approved.

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped USPS Priority within 24 to 72 hours after payment is received. This does not including Holidays or weekends.
All USPS Priority packages are insured. If you do not receive your package as pre the tracking information. Please reach out to your
local postal service. We do offer reshipping insurance at check. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any question or concerns.
